- attention: these tools are not suitable for sizing or dividing but only for polishing!
Design
- positive spiral
- high-quality solid tungsten carbide (VHW) with 5 cutting edges
Advantages
- reduced production times as postprocessing is no longer necessary
- produces relatively clear surfaces which are sufficient in many cases
Notes
- finish milling (removal of 0.05 - 0.1 mm) at a feedrate of approx. 0.5 – 1 m/min
- high RPM is recommended (18,000 - 24,000 min-1 or higher)
- application against feed
- the good quality can only be reached in connection with a precision clamping element
