What was the world like 10 ago? Most woodworking tools had small shear angles and the expression “draw cut” was already used when the shear angle reached 30°. Until LEUCO introduced its p-System tools on the market and triggered a genuine revolution in woodworking by suddenly offering tools with a 70° shear angle.
 
In 2010, LEUCO filed a patent for tools with a shear angle in the range ≥ 55° – 90° and called them “LEUCO p-System”. This innovation means far more than just milling. The fibers of the material are “peeled” to knife-like sharpness with a pulling cut. LEUCO wood processing with p-System tools is therefore called “peeling”.
 
In May 2010, the “LEUCO p-System tools” were presented to the public for the first time at the Xylexpo 2010.
 
They were followed soon by the p-System tools for rabbeting, chamfering and grooving with the p-System.
