LEUCO will present the jointing cutter “SmartJointer plus,” with diamond-tipped cutting edges in an aluminum body in Nuremberg for the first time. A new feature for the “plus” version is that users themselves can exchange cutting edges. In the previous “Smartjointer,” cutting edges were exchanged exclusively by the LEUCO sharpening service. The “plus” design with 35° shear angle can be used in a variety of materials on Brandt and SCM edge banding machines. As an additional “plus,” when LEUCO customers place a new order for this cutter head with advanced manufacturing tolerances, they will receive a brazed cutter head for outstanding joining qualities.
