at the top of the company group

Michael Theurer (MdEP) takes over as President of the Supervisory Board

Frank Diez is CEO of LEUCO AG with effect from July 01, 2012. He succeeds Dietmar Bolkart who is leaving our company after the successful restructuring to take over new challenges. Frank Diez (age 54) is married and has 4 children. He studied law and economics at the Universities in Tübingen and in Reutlingen.
With Frank Diez changing from the Supervisory Board to the Executive Board, the shareholder families and the Supervisory Board show the personal continuity at the head of the company: Frank Diez has been an active member of the Supervisory Board since 1994 - he became Vice President in 1996 and since 2002 he has been President of the Supervisory Board:

Mr. Diez, representing the shareholders, had a decisive part in the development of our company during the last two decades. As CEO he will be responsible for Personal, Finance, Production, Service, Research & Development and Supply Management.

Die Verantwortung für Marketing und Vertrieb liegt weiterhin bei Jörg Reiner Dimke, der dem Vorstand seit Juli 2005 angehört. Die durch den Wechsel von Diez freigewordene Position des Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden übernimmt ab sofort Michael Theurer (45), MdEP. From 1995 to August 2009, Mr. Theurer was Mayor of the city of Horb, the location of the headquarter of the LEUCO AG, hence closely linked to our company. Since 2009, the graduate in economics has been a member of the European Parliament.
