Thanks to the revolutionary jointing system „p-system“ with the special cutting
edge entrance and extremely aggressive cuting edge geometry, LEUCO achieves
not only improvements in certain aspects such as cutting quality, edge life or
economic efficiency. We rather open up completely new possibilities with regard
to the whole process which have been considered as impossible so far.
The combination of beveled cutting edge and continuous cutting edge entrance
offers excellent cutting quality in the most various materials.
A patent application has been filed for the LEUCO p-system.

- Sizing of solid wood along and across the grain
- Jointing of wood-based panels, especially with sensitive coatings and in the case
of high demands on quality and edge life.
- Also suitable for jointing operations against the feed in thick edge materials (no
two counter rotating jointing cutters needed)

- Very high shear angle and thus reduction of the effective wedge angle
- DP-tipped for several resharpenings
- Cutting edge design can be symmetrical and asymmetrical
