Mr. Bolkart is 55 years old, married and has 2 grown children. After his studies of Mechanical Engineering the graduate engineer started his business career as the assistant of the chief operating officer. Then he became production manager, division manager and finally chariman of the management board of well-known companies such as Liebherr, Pfauter, Müller-Weingarten, Komet and LEITZ in Oberkochen.
This provided him with extensive knowledge of the machine and tool industry.
He will assume his tasks with effect from February 01, 2010. As member of the management board of LEUCO and member of the executive board of TOLATEC he will be responsible for the divisions finance and technology. In addition, Mr. Bolkart will be the spokesman of the management and executive board.
Mr. Bolkart will manage the company group together with Mr. Reiner Dimke, member of the management board of LEUCO and member of the executive board of TOLATEC in charge of marketing and sales.
We are pleased that the top management of the company is complete again.
