The sizing Saw Blade „G5“ sets Standards

The new precision saw blade was developed by LEUCO, especially for chop and
miter saws as well as table saws.
The tooth configuration of the „G5“ allows the highest cutting quality and tear-free
edges in a great variety of materials and applications:

Wood Materials:
- Miter cuts in door frames and mouldings
- Sizing cuts in laminated panel boards

Solid Wood:
- Clean cut across the grain

Plastics:
- Chop cuts in thin-walled plastic profiles eg. shutter profiles

Main Charateristics:
- Special cutting geometry for the highest cutting quality
- Thin Kerf for optimal workpiece usage
- Extremely low vibration thanks to the special laser ornaments and design
- Cutting material „ LEUCO HL Board 03“ for long edge lives, also in extremely
abrasive materials
- Noise reducing Geometry

All things considered the „G5“ is applied wherever extreme cutting quality is
needed for sizing and for chop and miter applications.
